Hi, I’m Wendy Vaughan, and I love helping entrepreneurs and sales professionals boost their success by getting great at selling ! 

The secret is knowing simple moves that get the big results.  You see,  sales becomes easy, natural and predictable when you know how to create leverage by hitting 4 specific psychological triggers during every sales touch point. 

And when it comes to helping people get great at selling, I take a very personalized approach, because there's no "one-size-fits all" that can possibly take into consideration each person's unique situation - from their people skills to their sales beliefs to their business to their market.

However, one thing is for sure and that is in today's market, sales isn't about tricky objection come-backs or hypey sales talk or pressure tactics!  it's about being genuine and helping qualified prospects gain confidence and get excited about saying "yes" to you and your offer. 

I'm a career sales professional with 22 years of sales experience – which includes 16 as an entrepreneur and 6 years in corporate sales - heck I even felt my parenting role was 50% sales! 

My music agency grew from an unknown to providing live music for over 800 weddings every year.  And later on in the corporate arena, I earned the rank of top-producer, generating over $2M in annual GP year after year, from under a headset.  I was known as the cold calling queen!

But early in my career, I was failing miserably – no wonder, really… I had started my own business, but was a shy, socially awkward nerd coming from a failed career as a classical musician. 

I had zero sales skills and minimal people skills, but out of sheer survival needs, I made a powerful discovery that made sales easy, repeatable and predictable. 

Basically, I cracked the code on what has to occur during sales conversations for qualified prospects to say “yes” to what’s offered!  As well as what has to be offered that gets the “yes”.  And obviously, since I was a shy, socially awkward person, the formula does NOT involve pressure or fear tactics or any other old-school sales methods!

You see, even though people are all different, we all respond in predictable ways because of universal psychological triggers.  It’s a proven fact.  And what I discovered was that during the buying process, qualified prospects need 4 specific psychological triggers checked off or satisfied in order to feel confident about saying “yes” to what’s being offered.  Hit those 4 psychological triggers and it’s a “yes” – it’s predictable!

Now the exciting thing is, over the course of 22 years I’ve fine-tuned my signature formula, which I call the Prospect to Client Conversion Formula © so that it works in any market, for everyone who uses it, regardless of the business or industry. 

And now my true passion is helping others get great at selling by showing them how to integrate this simple yet powerful formula into their sales conversations.  The formula does all the work for you so you can still be yourself, not salesy or pushy, AND get clients! 

Because hearing, “ya, this sounds great, what’s next?” over and over is a whole lot better than “Hmm, well I’m gonna think about this and get back to you.”

So, here are just a few of the common challenges that become non-existent after integrating this formula into your sales conversations and outreaches:

There’s nothing more empowering in business than knowing that if you’re going to be talking with a qualified prospect, you’re gonna make a sale!
